BYRON R. BERRY received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University (1978), and his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He is also licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant. He is licensed to practice in all Texas Courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
