I grew up in Lewisville, Texas and was a graduate of Lewisville High School. I went on to graduate from the University of North Texas with a degree in Criminal Justice and have currently returned to North Texas to work on my Master’s degree in that same field. I received my J.D from Texas Wesleyan School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November of 2004. I was recently named as a Rising Star in Family Law by Texas Monthly magazine and have practiced as both a former prosecutor as well as a private attorney. I currently represent individuals in all family matters including divorce, child custody cases, CPS cases and adoption as well as criminal matters including felonies, misdemeanors, and juvenile cases.
“Growing up I always wanted to help people and had a knack for standing up for the "little guy". My parents said I would have argued with a fence post if it would've talked back. I always dreamed of working in a courtroom and helping others through the process. Now, I do it every day and I love every minute of it."
I have been practicing law in the DFW area exclusively since she graduated from law school. I firmly believe people deserve to have solid representation whatever the case may be. Whether it's criminal defense, family law issues, or CPS cases individuals deserve to have someone on their side in court.
I joined the Hayes, Berry, White & L.L.P because the staff and lawyers are smart, aggressive, and understanding when it comes to guiding people through the judicial process. This firm has been a pillar in the community and the members are committed to their client’s. As a member of the firm I am committed to making my client's experience as great as possible and getting the best possible outcome for them.
