Admitted to the Texas bar, 2002. Education: Texas Tech University (B.A., 1999); Texas Tech School of Law (J.D. 2002). Ms. Cargill was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Property, Constitution Law, Oil and Gas and Land Use Planning while attending Texas Tech School of Law. Ms. Cargill also participated in Mock Trial and Moot Court.  Ms. Cargill worked in the insurance defense area for two years before joining our firm. During that time, Ms. Cargill had numerous jury trials throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Ms. Cargill's primary focus is on Real Estate, Insurance Defense and General Business and Consumer Litigation.
