About

Juliana Adelman graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she received multiple academic distinctions, including the CALI Excellence Award in Insurance Law and Jurisprudence Awards in Legal Practice and Property Law. During law school, she was a member of the Board of Barristers and successfully competed in various competitions, including negotiations and mock trial.

Prior to attending law school, Juliana worked as a case clerk for a large litigation firm in Houston—an experience that inspired her to pursue her legal career. During law school summers, she interned with a boutique transactional firm in Houston and later continued there as an Associate Attorney, gaining experience in corporate formation, commercial property transactions, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance. She later served as an in-house landman for an oil and gas consulting company exclusively supporting a Fortune 500 operator in Fort Worth. In that role, she performed title curative for mineral owners and acted as an intermediary between the client, landowners, government entities, and other operators on matters involving royalties, ownership, and title examination.

Most recently, Juliana has been practicing civil litigation representing and assisting individuals, businesses, property owners and developers throughout North Texas. Known for her strategic approach and attention to detail, Juliana has successfully guided clients through every stage of litigation, helping them navigate challenging legal issues while protecting their business and property interests. Her litigation experience includes matters involving complex real estate and construction disputes, contract claims, fraudulent nondisclosure matters, construction defects, mechanic’s lien issues, title and boundary conflicts, and residential and commercial property disputes.

Juliana is known for her ability to break down complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance. Whether resolving disputes through negotiation or aggressively advocating for clients in litigation, she remains focused on achieving practical, results-driven outcomes. Her practice is grounded in professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to advancing the long-term interests of the individuals and businesses she represents.

Juliana is a member of the Texas State Bar and the Denton County Bar Association and maintains membership in the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Active in the Denton and Flower Mound communities, Juliana values opportunities to support local professional and civic organizations. Outside the practice of law, she enjoys spending time with her dog and actively participates in canine training groups and organizations with others who share her passion.
