It is important to ask an attorney how he/she gets clients. The overwhelming majority of our clients are referrals from former clients and other attorneys. We would not have built the referral network we have without a great deal of client satisfaction and a reputation for success.

Every court runs in a unique way, and it is important to choose an attorney who is familiar with the judges, administrative staff, and local rules. Our attorneys know the likes, dislikes, and tendencies of the judges, which is valuable in advising our clients of their various options and tailoring the presentation of evidence to the particular judge. By knowing the administrative staff and local rules, we can get quicker settings for hearings and trials which allows us to keep the cases moving toward a final resolution.
